Returns for color mismatch are not accepted due to variations caused by photography lighting, screen types, and other factors.

To initiate a return, products must be checked in front of the delivery person, or an unboxing video must be provided as proof. Without these, returns will not be accepted, even for defective products.

Products are shipped via third-party courier services and are only delivered within Bangladesh.
Shipping duration may vary, and delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
Customers will be notified about the shipping status and estimated delivery time.
3. Payment Methods
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method.
Customers can also pay manually via Mobile Financial Services (MFS) or Bank Transfer upon request.
Payment options such as card payment, automated MFS payments, and bank transfers will be added soon for customer convenience.
